One-hundred percent of the proceeds from these t-shirts support the work TFF does across MN. Transforming Families in the largest and longest running support system for families/caregivers with gender expansive kids in the state of MN. With monthly meetings both in-person and online, TFF makes it possible for trans youth to get connected to the supports they need at home, in school, and in community!
